In 2014, Jennifer graduated with Honors from The Cortiva Institute of Massage Therapy with her degree right out of high school. Being in the medical field was always Jennifer’s dream, but she didn’t discover Massage Therapy was it until her sophomore year of high school. Jennifer’s father fell out of the back of a semi-trailer and broke his back. After enduring three back surgeries, he started rehab therapy and would get massages as a part of his treatment. Jennifer has seen the relief he received and that was all it took for her to realize this was the career path for her. “Helping people with a natural pain reliever versus some of these other methods is beyond satisfying to me. Having someone tell me I relieved their pain after just one visit lights up my world.” – Jennifer stated.
Jennifer is licensed and certified in Swedish, Therapeutic, Prenatal Massage, and Myofascial Release and practices Massage Therapy in the office but mainly she is our Front Office Receptionist and Office Manager.
My name is Mathias Ghiena, I was born in Uruguay South America. Growing up I was always an intense and active child. As I got older I became a high-performance athlete which resulted in a lot of injuries throughout the years. I fell in love with massage therapy during this time in my life. It was an alternative medicine that helped rejuvenate and heal me. I’m passionate about massage therapy because of how it helped me in my journey and I truly believe I can make a difference and impact for every single patient through massage and giving them a better quality of life!
